Enhancing your waistline and giving all the attention to the midsection, that's the proposal from the big fashion houses this spring. Adding a belt gives a interesting silhouette and adds curves to your figure especially for those a-lined or oversized garments. Thin or wide, decorated or plain - it doesn't make a different. The important thing is that you put a belt on it :)

Stained Denim

Ripped, stained, distressed, raw, stone-washed, embellished...I can continue for ever with the amount of different ways and models you will find this sought after material. Denim leaves you with a lot of options and it's very versatile. Even better is that it's so easy to DIY. Find a pair of old jeans and start your project and create your personal garment. I have two projects in mind; one is a pair of embellished jean and the other is to add some fringes at the hem. Let's see if I have time to create my dream pairs :)

The Little Black Look

The Camel Shirt

Happy Monday Guys! Did you have a nice weekend? The sun has been shining all though still a bit chilly, that in between weather when you don't know what to wear. Saturday we went to a concert where one of our friends played and yesterday a birthday barbecue. I can't wait until it gets a bit warmer and then the bbq season really begins :)

My love for the seventies continues. I can't get enough of the wide legged trousers and seventies inspired tops. This shirt/jacket has a faux-suede exterior with gorgeous big buttons and those zipper detailed pockets as a final finish. H&M never let's me down and it's definitely one of my favourite fast-fashion chains. They are just getting better and better and this season style.com shows their greatness.

Glad Måndag alla! Har ni haft en trevlig helg? Solen har strålat men det är fortfarande lite kyligt, det här jobbiga mellantemperaturerna då man inte vet vad man ska ha på sig. I lördags var jag på konsert då en utav mina vänner spelade och igår en födelsedags grillfest. Jag längtar efter att det blir lite varmare för då börjar verkligen grill säsongen :)

Min förkärlek för 70-talet fortsätter. Jag kan inte få nog utav vida byxor och 70-tals inspirerade toppar. Den har skjort/jackan har en fusk mocka yta med vackra stora knappar och dragkedjor som en avslutande detalj. H&M sviker mig aldrig och jag måste säga att det är en utav mina favoriter när det kommer till de stora modekedjorna. Deras design blir bara bättre och bättre och den här säsongen visar style.com deras storhet.

The fringes have been with us for some season and they continue to shine with their present. This season craftsmanship enters the scene where the garments have a feeling of homemade. Tassels, long and short threads of fabric and unfinished edges that gives that perfect boho chic look.

Snake Print

As a fan of details today's look is all about that. Sometimes is the small ones that can change the atmosphere and bring it to a totally new level. This skirt is a great example of that with the zippers and button details on the front. In a bigger sense you have the printed shirt from Bimba & Lola with a fun and colourful abstract snake print that can light up any look. A fun and easy way to spice up the wardrobe.

Som ett fan av detaljer så handlar dagens outfit helt om dem. Ibland är det de små detaljerna som kan ändra utseendet totalt och ta det till en helt ny nivå. Den här kjolen är et exempel på det med dess dragkedjor och flärp detaljer på framsidan. I det större hela har vi den här skjortan från Bimba & Lola med dess roliga och färgglada abstrakta orm tryck som kan lyfta upp vilken look som helst. Ett roligt och enkelt sätt att krydda till garderoben.
