Happy Monday :) As we are approaching autumn I wanted to talk about those summer garments that can easily be converted into an autumn look. I think that this skirt and top are perfect examples of just this. This fluent top fits great to a pair of shorts or a skirt during summer but when the temperatures goes down it will look just as great with jeans, wide trousers or tailored pants. The same goes for the skirt, just add a pair of boots high as low and later on with stockings. Two pieces that works all year round!

Glad Måndag :) Eftersom vi börjar närma oss hösten ville jag prata om plagg som lätt kan hänga med in i vinter garderoben. Den här blusen och kjolen är perfekta exempel av det. Blusen passar perfekt till en kjol eller shorts under sommaren och när temperaturen sjunker kommer den se lika bra ut med ett par jeans, vida-/ el kostymbyxor. Detsamma gäller den här broderade kjolen, det räcker att matcha den med ett par boots, låga som höga, och med strumpbyxor längre fram. Två plagg som fungerar året runt!

Trend Alert SS15 - Broidery Anglaise

Broidery Anglaise has many decades on its back, more precise its popularity started in the 19th century. At this time it was primary used in underwear and in children's clothes but in 1950's this fabric saw a new light and has continued to be present ever since. For me the fabric screams craftsmanship and has a romantic but at the same time a dramatic and sexy edge to it. The delicate cutwork decorates all kind of garments for spring and I especially love how Erdem (see below) & Valentino has incorporated it in there romantic dresses and Emanuel Ungaro gives the fabric a more dramatic and sexy feel.

The Embroidered Jacket

Happy Monday Guys! Hope you had a better weekend than me. We got a water pipe broken in our flat which means NO water. The worst timing ever as I'm going to Milan this week and my family is coming next weekend. Well hopefully it will be fixed soon, that's what I hope anyway. Well it's just to try to be positive and hopefully the water will be back soon.

Today I wanted to show you this gorgeous embroidered jacket that I guess you have seen in many blogs. My favourite styling was made by Leandra Medine from the blog Man Repeller, well I must say that everything that she puts on looks just amazing! Anyhow it's the perfect spring jacket and it works great as a stand alone top or worn with something underneath. I matched it with my favourite MOM jeans and my quirky shoes that I bought in Buenos Aires.

Festival Inspired

Well to celebrate the Festival season this is what I would have worn if going to one. A beautiful mid-lenght dress with transparent parts and open split sides to show off some skin. I like to layer so underneath I added some skinny jeans and to mark off my waist a belt and my fringe suede jacket.
