Button-up Denim Skirt

I had a wonderful weekend and the first day at the beach. Well, not in bikini but enjoying it a lot anyway. When the spring comes I just love Barcelona and I feel so lucky to live in such a beautiful city with a incredible climate. Countdown has begun for the first real weekend at the beach :)

Today I'm wearing this 90's inspired button-up denim skirt. The great thing about is that you can play with the buttons and leave all of them closed for a more proper look or unbutton them after taste. I matched it with my western inspired shirt that I found on Asos a few seasons back and it works so great with denim!

Jag hade en fantastisk helg och första dagen på stranden. Nja, inte i bikini med jag njöt likaväl ändå. När våren kommer så älskar jag att bo i Barcelona, jag känner mig lyckligt lottad att bo i en sådan vacker stad med ett fantastiskt klimat. Nedräkningen har börjat för första riktiga dagen på stranden :)

Idag ville jag visa er den här 90-tals inspirerade jeanskjolen. Det som är så bra med den är att man kan leka med knapparna och lämna dem all stängda för en mer proper look eller knäppa upp dem efter smak. Jag matchade den med min western inspirerade skjorta från Asos som jag köpte för några säsonger sen för den passar perfekt till jeansplagg!

70's Beat

I do love to find these special vintage pieces that looks very much alike what's in store. Normally it's all about luck when it comes to finding these treasures and being on the right place at the right time. This aviator jacket I found by pure luck and I wasn't even looking for anything in particular. Couldn't be happier with it.

And what about this 70's inspired jumpsuit, to die for right!? I wish the legs would have been a bit longer so when wearing heels the legs would sweep the floor, but hey it looks great anyhow.

Känslan av att hitta det där unika vintage plagget är fantastisk, speciellt när det liknar det som redan finns i butik. Vanligtvis handlar det helt om att ha tur och att vara på rätt plats vid rätt tillfälle. Den här aviator jackan hittade jag av red tur och jag var inte ens ute efter något. Kan inte vara mer nöjd med mitt fynd!

Och vad tycker ni om den här fantastiska 70-tals inspirerade byxdressen, otrolig eller hur!? Jag önskar dock att benen vart lite längre så att byxbenen nått marken när jag bär den med klackar, men den fungerar i den här längden med.

A 70's Vibe

I have said it before and I will say it again, if there would be a decade that I would have loved to live it would be the 70's. I'm a huge fan of high-waisted pants and psychedelic prints. Lucky for me that this s/s15 has a lot of influences from the 60's and 70's. This maxi-dress has definitely a 70's vibe to it with its print, wrap-around model and v-neck. A great dress to wear both for day and night.

Jag har sagt det förr och jag säger det igen, skulle det vara något årtionde som jag skulle vilja uppleva så är det 70-talet. Jag älskar byxor med hög midja och psychedeliska tryck. Tur för mig att s/s15 har mycket influenser från 60 & 70-tal. Den här långa klänningen har verkligen en 70-tals aura över sig med sitt tryck, omlott model och djupa v-rigning. En perfekt klänning att bära dag och natt.

A Bit Of Lace

Barcelona is a city with a lot of beautiful places. A vibrant town with a mix of new and old. On the weekends when we have time we try to take our bikes and just explore the city. We found this hidden place with this beautiful graffiti wall. The calmness was incredible. You really appreciate this as it's very difficult to find areas where the noise of the traffic or the sound of people talking is out of reach. Well we found it and we decided to take some photos here. When I started this blog I always included graffiti in my pictures and I will try to incorporate that more. Graffiti is such a great form of art and it can really light up a place.

Barcelona är en stad med en många vackra platser. En levande plats med en blandning av gammalt och nytt. På helgerna när vi har tid försöker vi att ta våra cyklar och utforska staden. Vi hittade det här gömda stället med en vacker graffiti vägg. Lugnet var fantastiskt. Man uppskattar verkligen det då det är svårt att hitta områden där trafiken och ljudet av människor som pratar inte tar övertaget. När jag började min blogg hade jag nästan alltid med graffiti i mina foton och jag ska försöka få med mer av det igen. Graffiti är en sån fantastisk form av konst och kan verkligen lysa upp en plats.
