Military and workwear seems to be the inspiration for one of the big trends this season - gorgeous pockets. They come with details such as the vest from Dries Van Noten and the jacket from Marc Jacobs or oversized taking the lead role of the garment. They are perfectly placed on the surface giving the garment a fun approach and they are practical as well :) Who needs a bag when you have the pockets, right !?

Resort Collection S/S 2015 - Pockets

Not very long ago being fashionable wasn't associated with a comfort factor. Focus was on high heels and skin-fitting garments. Well I for one is glad that it has been a change to this. Today it's leaning more and more towards a relaxed silhouette, being able to walk more than one block without hauling for a cab. Not only has the footwear sector seen a change in just this now clothes are being designed to wear from day to night without having to go home or have a set of change in the office. One of the trends is the pockets that are seen on various garments where you can stack your small daily essentials. Here are my favorites from the resort collection for Spring 2015.
